  4. Basal Body Temperature(BBT): BBT must be measured just after waking up in the morning and before undertaking any sort of physical activities.
  5. Knowing your ovulation day: Ovulation basically depends on your menstrual cycle. It might be between 22 to 36 days. Remember, you ovulate mostly during 10-14 days before the cycle ends.
  6. Ladies with 28 days menstrual cycle, are more likely to have their ovulation day on the 14th day.
  7. Ladies with a comparatively shorter cycle, 21 days, are more likely to ovulate on the 6th day.
  8. And for women with 35 days cycle, longest one, 21st day is the ovulating day.
  9. Keep in mind that your ovulation cycle might keep on changing and hence your ovulating cycle will simultaneously keep on changing as well! Hence having intercourse often during these days according to your cycle is important.
  10. Age: Fertility of a woman diminishes with the passing time, especially, when she’s in her 30s. The ovaries and eggs undergo changes and thus effects the fertility. Similarly, men also tend to lose their sexual ability along with the number of sperms as time passes by. Hence, both parents must rely on a balanced diet consisting of zinc, potassium, minerals, fiber, and nutrients rich diet.
  11. Lifestyle: the way you lead your life determines your fertility too. Smoking, alcohol, hypertension can make it difficult for you to conceive.

Ovulation day is obviously the best day to conceive since it is the most fertile day. There needs to be a detailed equilibrium between the intercourse day and ovulation day for the effective result.
